Data API pricing
Fitted volatility surfaces and smiles, through the API and the dashboards. Every paid plan includes 140+ symbols, 10 years of history, every API route, the dashboards, the Python package and the MCP tools. Plans differ in how fine the history is: one point a day at the close, every 30 minutes, or every minute.

Compare plans
Daily limits are the most a plan allows for your own research. Plans are for using our data, not for making a copy of it (Terms, Section 5).
Lookups (smiles, chains, surfaces, histories, lists) cost 1 credit each. Research calls cost the server time they use, about 1 credit a second, and never more than their estimate, which you can ask for first, free. Checking your account and usage is free. The website's dashboards use the same daily credits, 1 per request. What each call costs
All plans are billed monthly. A 3- or 12-month plan renews for another term of the same
length at the price then in effect, and a month-to-month plan renews each month, unless you
turn off renewal. You can turn off renewal at any time from your account page: it stops the
next term, and the remaining payments of your current term are still charged. Payments are
non-refundable except as our Refund & Cancellation Policy provides or where the law requires
otherwise. Self-serve
plans are for individuals in the United States investing their own money; any business use
needs a commercial license.

Payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number and bank sign-in details never reach our servers.
